Volunteer at our shop

Shop Volunteers assist with sorting donated stock and preparing it for sale, customer sales and service, security and shop display. In addition to working with us all year around, we need extra volunteers to support us at key times such as Christmas. To enquire about volunteering, please click here.

Store Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange it within 14 days with a receipt and original store tag. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.

Shop Donations/Collection

Your donations to our shops make a big difference and we are very grateful for all of your pre-loved goods. Small donations can be dropped off at one of the shops or the IDS office in the Deaf Village.

Please note that we cannot take donations of:

• Safety equipment including helmets
• Baby buggies, prams, car seats or booster seats for cars.
• No beds or mattresses
• No Duvets

We will accept:

• Working electronic goods
• Sofas (must have a fire resistant safety tags)
• Bed sheets and duvet covers
• Children’s toys (must have CE logo)
