Going forward for Resources work with the Posts for the Resources, not the page anymore, I copied it and pasted it in, this way everything works via the menu properly.
For the VIMEO on the hompage, can you remove the vimeo from the bottom. And instead follow this – https://lenashore.com/2014/05/how-to-embed-a-vimeo-video-into-your-wordpress-site/
Insert the relevant Vimeo video on top of the content, this way the video should appear first.
